Sil Austin (September 17, 1929 - September 1, 2001) was a jazz tenor saxophonist who became famous during the late 1950s. He had several instrumental hits that include "Slow Walk" (1956), which made the Top 20, and his signature rendition of "Danny Boy" (1959).
