Siouxsie And The Banshees were an influential English rock band formed in 1976 by Steven Severin and lead singer Siouxsie Sioux (b. Susan Janet Ballion). "Peek-A-Boo" became the very first song to top the Billboard Modern Rock chart after its founding in late 1988.
