Skid Row is a hard rock band formed in 1986 in Toms River, NJ by bassist Rachel Bolan and guitarist Dave Sabo. Other early members included Scotti Hill (guitar), Rob Affuso (drums), and frontman Sebastian Bach, with a number of personnel changes over the years.
