Snail was a rock band from Santa Cruz, CA with a devoted local following formed in the late 1960s. The band is best known for "The Joker" which became a minor hit in 1978. At that time, the lineup consisted of singer-songwriter Bob O'Neill, Ken Kraft, Jack Register, and Jim Norris.
