The South Side Movement


The South Side Movement was an early 1970s soul/funk octet from Chicago that began as a backing band for the soul duo, Simtec & Wylie. They are best known for "I' Been Watchin' You" (1973), a breakbeat classic that has been sampled by many hip-hop artists.
