Stanley Clarke (b. 1951) is a Grammy-winning and veteran R&B/jazz bassist, film music composer, and co-founder of the jazz fusion band, Return To Forever. As a solo artist, he is best known for the soulful and romantic ballad, "Sweet Baby" (1981, with George Duke).
