Susan Jacks (August 19, 1948 - April 25, 2022, b. Susan Pesklevits) was a Canadian singer-songwriter and producer who became famous beginning in the late 1960s as a member of The Poppy Family with then-husband Terry Jacks. As a solo artist, she is best known in the U.S. for the romantic soft rock ballad, "You're A Part Of Me" (1975).
