The Tarriers were a folk group with a late 1950s lineup made up of Bob Carey, Erik Darling, and then-future actor Alan Arkin. They had two Top 10 hits in 1956 with "Cindy, Oh Cindy" and "The Banana Boat Song." Darling later joined The Weavers before forming The Rooftop Singers.
