Ted Taylor (February 16, 1934 - October 23, 1987) was an R&B and soul singer who became famous during the mid 1960s. Prior to launching a solo career, he had been a member of The Mighty Clouds Of Joy and The Cadets (of "Stranded In The Jungle" fame).
