Tommy Facenda (November 10, 1939 - November 18, 2022, b. Eugene Thomas Facenda) was a rock & roll singer and guitarist who became famous during the late 1950s. He is best known for his the Top 40 smash, "High School U.S.A." (1959), which was released in a whopping 28 different versions, each one mentioning the names of various high schools in different parts of the country.
