ABOUT
The Trumpeteers were a big band-styled ensemble led by Billy Mure (July 7, 1915 - September 25, 2013). They are best known for the upbeat 1959 instrumental hit, "A String Of Trumpets." Mure was a guitarist, songwriter, and a prolific session musician, arranger, and composer.
