UTFO (which stands for Untouchable Force Organization) was a hip hop group from Brooklyn, NY consisting of Kangol Kid (Shiller Shaun Fequiere), Educated Rapper (Jeffrey Campbell), Doctor Ice (Fred Reeves), and Mix Master Ice (Maurice Bailey). They are best known for the hip hop classic, "Roxanne, Roxanne" (1985).
