Valjean Johns (November 19, 1934 - February 10, 2003) was a concert pianist and composer born in Shattuck, OK who became famous during the early 1960s. He had a Top 40 hit in 1962 with his rendition of the theme song from the TV medical drama series, "Ben Casey."
