Wade Flemons (September 25, 1940 - October 13, 1993) was a soul singer, songwriter, and a founding member of Earth, Wind & Fire. As a solo artist, he is best known for the upbeat "Here I Stand" (1958), a song he wrote while in high school that he recorded with his band, The New Comers.
