The Wailers were an instrumental rock & roll band from Tacoma, WA that consisted of high school friends Mike Burk (drums), Richard Dangel (lead guitar), John Greek (rhythm guitar, trumpet), Mark Marush (tenor sax), and Kent Morrill (keyboards, vocals). They had a Top 40 hit twice (in 1959 and 1964) with "Tall Cool One."
