Walter Jackson (March 19, 1938 - June 20, 1983) was an R&B singer with a flair for soul ballads who became famous during the mid and late 1960s. Best known for "It's All Over" (1964), which became his biggest Pop/Rock crossover success, other major hits include "Suddenly I'm All Alone" (1965) and "It's An Uphill Climb To The Bottom" (1966). Jackson had a resurgence in popularity in the late 1970s with his hit cover of Morris Albert's "Feelings" (1976).
