Bill Deal & The Rhondels were a pop group from Portsmouth, Virginia with a flair for blue-eyed soul that became famous during the late 1960s and remain a favorite among fans of beach music. They are best known for the 1969 Top 40 hits, "May I," "I've Been Hurt," and "What Kind Of Fool Do You Think I Am."
