The Tee Set - Songs

ABOUT

The Tee Set (a.k.a. Tee Set) was a Dutch pop rock band from Delft, Netherlands that became famous in the U.S. during the early 1970s. Formed in 1966 by lead singer Peter Tetteroo (August 7, 1947 - September 9, 2002, b. Petrus Gerardus Anthonius Tetteroo), other members included Dihl Bennink (guitar, flute, banjo), Joop Blom (drums), Hans Van Eijck (organ, keyboards), and Franklin Madjid (bass guitar).

The Tee Set made its U.S. debut on the Pop/Rock charts in 1970 with the quirky "Ma Belle Amie," which became a Top 5 hit and soon after went gold. This smash was followed later that year by "If You Do Believe In Love," which became a minor hit. The Tee Set released an album in 1970, "Ma Belle Amie," plus several other singles that included "She Likes Weeds" which topped the charts in the Netherlands.

After disbanding in 1975, The Tee Set reunited briefly in 1979 and again in 1983 on a more permanent basis.
