Claudine Clark (b. 1941) is an R&B singer-songwriter with expressive soprano vocals who became famous during the early 1960s. She is best known for the self-penned teeny bopper classic, "Party Lights" (1962), which became a Top 5 hit on both the R&B and Pop/Rock charts. She also recorded under the name, Joy Dawn.
