ABOUT
Crazy Elephant was a pop studio band created by Jerry Kasenetz and Jeffry Katz that became famous during the late 1960s. They are best known for the bubblegum classic, "Gimme Gimme Good Lovin'" (1969), which became a Top 20 hit in both the U.K. and the U.S.
Formed in 1967, key members included Robert Spencer of The Cadillacs who served as lead singer, with bassist Norman Marzano, part of the Marzano-Calvert studio group. Crazy Elephant released a self-titled album in 1969, and a touring group was later formed for promotional purposes.
