Max Frost & The Troopers were a fictional rock band created for the 1968 dystopian comedy-drama movie, "Wild In The Streets," starring Christopher Jones as singer/revolutionary Max Frost. The group is best known for the Barry Mann/Cynthia Weil-penned protest song, "Shape Of Things To Come" (1968), a high-energy rocker that became a Top 40 hit.
